I am taking a Lightroom class and have been getting my feet wet with some photo editing. This is hard for me, as I believe in taking the best photo I can in camera and not having to post process. I am including the original and the doctored ones. Roberta just had the flower sitting on her counter and I gave\u00c2\u00a0no thought\u00c2\u00a0to background, which I wish I had considered. I have learned in my flowers class that there is a place for soft focus. I am so used to sharp focus that this has been one of those things that is hard to get used to.
