A black-white faced cow grazing on a nice patch of green grass under a bush. Green grass looks to be hard to come by out there in the desert. I don&#8217;t know where her buddies were, as we only saw her. She looked to be close to calving\u00c2\u00a0 and in pretty good shape. We had seen a herd of Herefords a couple of days ago that were just skin and bone. Pretty poor pickings where they were, I guess.
