It seems to be the &#8220;in&#8221; mode of transportation. Considering that the price of gasoline there is around $7 a gallon, I can see why these fuel efficient little guys are so popular. They line the streets everywhere, as this example shows. You have to be very careful walking,\u00c2\u00a0 as they weave in and out of the people.
