I got out of the hospital yesterday afternoon after a bout of chest pain. Nothing wrong with my heart, but might have an asthma problem. At least, I know my heart is in excellent shape. This is a new day and I need to start taking better care of myself and get more active like I used to be. My knee has keep me down for far too long. Daily walking needs to be on my schedule and maybe some swimming again. Will be heading out with the camera club to shoot at the steam museum tomorrow and do some scrapbooking with a friend\u00c2\u00a0on Sunday.
