When\u00c2\u00a0the hired man dumped a couple of bales off up here by my house, he had one roll just right to balance on an edge.\u00c2\u00a0 I thought it would make a pretty cool composition in the early morning light. As of tonight, it is cow dinner. Had a crazy day today. Found a cow laying on her back by the feeder this morning; dying. Put a call in to Walter and we got her uprighted in time. We lost one earlier that way. When they are very pregnant and try to reach around to lick an itch on their back, they roll over and can&#8217;t get uprighted. They die in a pretty short period of time, as they bloat and therefore,\u00c2\u00a0can not breath. I have just 20 cows left to calve which is such a relief.
