We thought it was a precious little girl until someone noticed the child was wearing no undies and the she was indeed a HE. Click on the photos to take a closer look at that beautiful face. All the Masai children were covered with flies and they just ignored them. I guess they consider them part of life. TB \u00c2\u00a0and other lung ailments are common here.
