We have a new granddaughter, Sage Faith, who arrived last night. It was my first experience being at a home birth with a midwife. A truly wonderful welcome to the world for this beautiful little girl. Big brother is the only one missing in the photo. This new little one could not be loved more.
My grandson, Chase, recently received a new DSLR Camera as his college graduation gift from Walt and I. He is headed to Africa in a few days for his first post graduation job. That camera seemed like a gift he really could use in his new adventure. A few days ago, he sent me these photos he took at the Sluice Boxes. I think he has the eye for photography. Way to go, Chase!! I hope to see lots of the beauty of Africa captured with that camera. You are going to love it there as much as I did!
We have 8 tiny baby cottontails that hang out in front of the house. They are getting very tame.
