This is what keeps our road clear enough to get out and to get in to feed the cows. Not sure what we would do without the snow blower. It’s snowing again!
The sunrise yesterday was wonderful, not so much today. I sure appreciate my early morning view of the Highwoods. It is snowing hard now. I dread seeing how much snow we get overnight. Especially hard when we are now beginning the calving season.
Here was the highway this morning on our way to take down the library exhibit. Whiteout and our road is almost impassible. Snow blower time!
The Amaryllis is blooming. There are 4 blossoms and the final two should be open this morning. This was at sunset last night. It moves with the light, so there is a slight bend to that 30 inch stem.
Before the snow blower arrived. Look who is out walking in that blowing snow(left side by the hanger). Time to get the 4 wheel out. That’s just the very top of the water hydrant sticking out of the snow on the right side. Weather person says a big snow event this coming week.
Yesterday was a day of blowing snow. Here are Walt and Jade watching it go by the window.
