Friday, November 4 – Our first day out shooting was raining.  Nice diffused light and lots of rain drops.

Wednesday, November 16 -Kimmie and I are presently in Las Vegas and will be flying home tomorrow. It has been an exciting and exhausting 2 weeks of photography. We spent several days in Death Valley and had no cell service or internet for most of the trip. I am officially using my Apple computer all the time now. I learned so much and have a renewed energy to get out there and make a picture. There will be lots of photos to come in the next few days. Another trip is planed in the spring to Arches/Canyon Lands that I can hardly wait for. Off to see a couple of near by canyons to capture and then to check in at out hotel for the night. We might be shooting the lights tonight if we aren’t too tired.  I understand that we will be greeted by nice cold winter weather.

Thursday, November 3 – It was a real challenge shooting at the corn maze as the sun went down.  I added an antique look to these of the boys enjoying a hole in the straw maze. Photos courtesy of  Tiffany and they are sure good, aren’t they.  Kimmie and I are off to our Zion photography workshop and our 2 week excursion to Utah and Arizona. I am all packed and ready to roll.

Tuesday, November 1 – Hello, November! It is mighty chilly out today and we had some snowflakes earlier. Supposed to get way colder and snow by Friday. I wonder if we will be facing cold and snow in Zion too. Here is Patricia, the John Deere from the corn maze.

Monday, October 31 – Happy Halloween!! We will be out and about with the grandkiddos tonight. Here is a shot of my new photography toys. I stopped at F11 on my way down to see Nick and Kristie. These two lenses followed me home.  Thanks to my Little Kat bull, I now am fully equipt to shoot at Zion in just a few days.
