My whole family loves Maria’s restaurant. She recently reopened and we have been there many times already. Maria makes me a special dish, Grandpa’s Rice, and it is so good.
There is nothing like a little practice using an airplane ‘barf bag’. The onboard bathroom has a whole lot of appeal too. Hope the bag never has to be ‘really’ used.
One of the grandsons found this wonderful set of elk horns while moving cattle to the mountains. It is a pretty lucky find, as you hardly ever find a complete set in one location. Way to go!
The Hibiscus grow abundantly all over Maui. You see them grown as hedges everywhere. The yellow ones seem to be the largest and so colorful.
The palm trees are so abundant on Maui. I shot this one early in the morning when the light was just starting to hit them.
