Have you ever seen or tasted Dragon Fruit? Here are some whole ones at the store and also one that is cut to show what it looks like inside. I am not sure how you eat it, but I was told at the store that it tastes like Juicy Fruit Gum

We love Indian food and found a great place for it in Bozeman, The Saffron Table. Excellent food. This was Mughlai Chicken & Mushroom Curry with Garlic Naan. I believe the appetizer was Potato Samosa. We also had Eggplant Chaat, which is the long dish. It was all excellent and so good for you.

It is always a treat to get to eat some of my chef-son’s excellent cuisine. This one was definitely a working man’s meal that really sticks to the bones. Yum!
