Today my youngest turns 41! Here is a blooming flower to celebrate his day. He helped his daughter, Ro, plant this last summer and it is still blooming in my sunporch. Not sure what that little black thing is on the window.

I photographed this some time ago and I just thought it was interesting how it has changed some. It is just a discarded blossom that is being kept in the bottom of a certain bowl. It sure looks like a bird to me.
