I pick a Junco!
I think you are right, Leslee. It looks like it might be a Dark Eyed Junco. Good job.
I would venture it is a Dark-Eyed Junco, probably an “Oregon” Junco. There were four main varieties prior to the 1970’s, then they combined them all into one: Dark-Eyed Junco. This looks like the former “Oregon”.
