Day 242 Penny Waiting
Sunday, August 30 – Becca and Emma love their Golden Retriever, Penny, who is shown here waiting for the next exciting thing to happen. I love how she rests her muzzle on the window sill while she looks out to see who is going by. Another nice day with just a nip of fall in the air. It is 53 degree this morning at 8am. The hay is swathed and waiting to cure for baling on Monday. Walter is still sleeping; trying to catch up on some rest this weekend after the horrible harvest we had. I went in to Cheryl’s last night to make some cards and have a nice visit. I need to finish up this week’s photo assignment and then might head back in to do some Christmas Eve invites for the family. I could always start on my Potluck recipes too. Can you believe it? I am actually scrapbooking?

It rained today so Rick’s at the fair and is in charge of the livestock contest. He has three kids in the round robin. Amber and Ash went to work but don’t know how long they’ll keep them.
