Day 147 Oatmeal

I made Apple Oatmeal with Craisins, from my daughter’s recipe, in my new Pampered Chef Quick Cooker. It was so good! This pressure cooker works so well.

Those reflections on the inside of the pot make it looked like it burned. It did not!
Here is a closeup if the steaming oatmeal.
A bit of Maple Syrup on top when served.
