What happened to my color?

What happened to the green color in the one photo here? It appears as blue as can be and the other one is just fine; green.  The first one was taken at ISO640, F/11, 1/8s and the 2nd was taken at ISO200, F/11,  .6th second. Both were taken in the light box and with the white balance set on Auto. I know now I should have used fluorescent setting, as the bulbs are fluorescent. Is that right? .

Ok, here is my thoughts, take it with a grain of salt as I am just learning. What I read today in my lesson is all on lighting. Could it be that you were a lot closer to the items in the first picture so the shadows could have caused the more blue color in lighting? You could use something like an expodisc to set an auto white balance.

Brightness and saturation could be a help, too. Try it in the camera, then post processing.
