Day 32 Snowing In Sedona

Tuesday, February 1 – No pretty picture today. It started snowing just a little while ago, proving that Walter is not a weatherman. They were calling for snow since yesterday and he said they were wrong. Well, guess who was right and here is the proof. This is right out our front window looking toward Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock. Walter is supposed to be heading to Cottonwood today to the gunshop. It is supposed to get down to 17 degrees at night on Wednesday and be in the 40s in the day. Brrr. I know I am getting soft when it comes to cold weather. Been working on pictures and being lazy. For some reason, my pictures all got renamed and the file says it was taken with a Nikon. Hmm.

Nikon, Huh? Something you aren’t telling us?

    Nice shot, btw.

Nope, no big secret. I am a Canonite through and through at this point. Don’t know where that label came from. It is on the file from lower Antelope Canyon 5D. It was a brand new CF card I bought here at Rollies Camera and it wasn’t cheap. Strange. My resized photo file is all scrambled too. The photos are there, but when you click on one, another opens. The thumbnail doesn’t match which is really there, but the name is right.

Love the look of the snowy haze obscuring the mountains in the background!! It’s cold here too. BRRRR – single digits for the next few nights is the prediction.

You won’t want to come home–supposed to go to -22F tonight. I came home from surgery, snuggled on the couch all afternoon, had a nap and watched Secretariat–good movie.

(The weather is just trying to climatize you.) At least you did not get a lot of snow. Nice pictures of the butte.
