Day 59 Thank God For Fresh Veggies

Monday, February 28 – The last day of February and I am wondering if Spring is going to ever come. March is supposed to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb. The temp is above zero, but the wind is howling.  What a ground blizzard we are having. You can hardly see outside for moving snow. It was quite the trek to the chicken coop this morning. The seed catalogs have begun to arrive and I am getting itchy fingers for unfrozen soil. Thank goodness we have produce trucks that come to Montana to keep us supplied with fresh veggies. We pay dearly for them this time of year. I am missing the reasonably priced fresh things that we could get in Sedona.  I need to get my Aerogarden out again and get something growing.

I love these two shots of the gorgeous fresh veggies. Did you take these in Sedona? The colors are so bright and vibrant!

It’s cold outside today. BRRRRR!! We were out and about moving things into the storage unit and it was chilly!
