Day 218 WB – Cloudy vs Fluorescent
Saturday, August 6 – Here is a comparison of Cloudy white balance and Fluorescent white balance. I, personally, prefer the cloudy hues of orange (no surprise there, is there?). Our guide said that lots of people like the fluorescent for a change. Debbie and I judged at the fair yesterday. The entries were down and it didn’t take us as long. Lovely items were chosen as best of show.

Both ways are pretty. I shot most of mine in florescent because I couldn’t see to change it.
I’m with you Robyn. I think the orange hues look more realistic. The fluorescent looks washed out to me.
They are both equally interesting-both different. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.Leslee
